A full groom typically takes between 2–3 hours depending on your dog's size, breed, and coat condition. A bath & brush is usually 1–1.5 hours. We'll give you a more accurate time estimate when you book.

Yes — we ask that all dogs are up to date with their core vaccinations (including kennel cough). This protects both your dog and others. Puppies must have completed their vaccination course before their first groom.

Absolutely. We specialise in calm, patient grooming and never rush a dog. Because we work with one dog at a time in a quiet setting, anxious dogs often relax much faster than they would in a busy salon. Just let us know beforehand so we can plan their session accordingly.

All breeds are welcome! From small terriers and spaniels to large retrievers and working dogs. If you have an unusual breed or mix, give us a call and we'll be happy to chat through what's involved.

You can book directly through our website using the online booking form — just pick your service and a preferred date and time, and we'll confirm your appointment. You can also call or message us on Facebook if you prefer.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a small fee. Life happens though — just let us know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
