Risk Acknowledgment I understand grooming carries inherent risks, including (but not limited to) nicks/scrapes from clippers/scissors/nail trimmers (common if the dog is wiggly), skin irritation from products/brushing, stress on young/geriatric/timid pets, aggravation of pre-existing conditions (e.g., lumps/moles marked on body map), or severe clipping/shaving for matted coats (prioritizing welfare over style – additional fees may apply). Pawlished Paws cannot be held liable for after-effects of neglected coat care or double-coated breeds shaved against advice.

1. Release of Liability I confirm all provided information (medical, behavioural, allergies) is accurate and complete. I release Pawlished Paws, its staff, and owners from any liability for injury, loss, damage, or stress to my dog during/after services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. This includes no responsibility for lost/stolen items or parasites discovered during grooming (treatment will cease, and the dog returned).

2. Medical Emergency Consent In an emergency, I authorise Pawlished Paws to seek vet treatment and agree to pay all costs.

3. Behaviour & Refusal Rights If my dog shows aggression or unsafe behaviour, Pawlished Paws reserves the right to muzzle/use aids, stop services (charging for work done), or refuse future bookings.

4. Photos/Videos Images of my dog may be used for marketing. Tick to opt out: NO photos permitted

Repeated issues help us serve other clients fairly – emergencies excepted with notice.
